How Long Will My Order Take?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that I have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

I will then make a mockup proof / example of your item (if its customized). Please check your email! Once you have confirmed your order, I’ll place it in my production queue.

Most orders are processed and placed in my production queue within 24 hours of you confirming the order by replying to my email.

Production time will take 4-7 business days for printing, hand stitching and packaging. And then you can expect to receive most orders within 3 to 5 business days.



How is my order processed?

1. If you have personalization - Check your email! I will be emailing you new mockups / proofs with the name you want.

2. After you confirm your order, I will put it on my production queue.

3. All orders will take 4-7 business days to print, hand stitch and package.

4. Order is shipped to you and will take 3-5 business days.

5. I will send you a tracking number and it will be sent to your email address.


Do you allow customization? (different colors, different fonts, etc)

Sure! If you want different colors, please message me separately and I can get started on what you want Most of the time I can make any change you want and even layout changes, just ask :)


What is the material made of?

I made sure I chose the most expensive, luxurious material! Yes my margins are smaller but I believe you will see the value in it. Go ahead and check what everyone else uses; you’ll see that its either a blend or a cheaper quality material. If your children are using it, it should be the best!

The Material for Comforters, Duvets and Pillow Cases are:

The top side is soft and plush because its made from 100% micro fleece. The bottom is a white, 320 threadcount sateen cotton. You’ll love how soft it is!


What are the measurements?

-Toddler: 42” x 58”
-Twin: 68” x 90”
-Twin XL: 68” x 95”
-Full /Queen: 90” x 90”
-King: 104” x 90”

-Pillow Size: 20”x 30” (You can request different pillow sizes, just send me an email :)


How do I take care of, wash the bedding?

Duvets, Comforters and Pillows Cases are all washable. Please wash item alone with COLD water and dry with Low.

DO NOT DRY CLEAN. Keeping all heat minimal to none is best for the product.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Customers from or currently living in the state of Tennessee while ordering (meaning that your billing and/or shipping address is in Tennessee) are required to pay sales tax. However if you live outside of Tennessee then you do not have to pay sales tax. Sales tax is automatically added during the checkout for Tennessee-based customers only.



How Is My Order Shipped?

You're order will be shipped via Fedex or by USPS.


When will I get my order?

All orders will take 4-7 business days after you confirm your order. Once I place it in my production queue, it takes 4-7 business days to print, hand stitch and package. Then another 3-5 business days for shipping. Everything is made to order in the USA :)


I only received part of my order

Please don't worry. Sometimes it's better to ship items separately because I want you to get them before your ship date. So please don't worry, because sometimes I ship items early. However if you want your items to ship together, please let me know but there will be a slight delay.


Cancellations & Refunds:

Can I return my item?

Since all of my items are handmade, I'm sorry but I cannot offer return or cancellation of orders on personalized Items. I will accept returns on items that are not personalized. That is why I confirm all orders before I put it in my production queue. Please check your email after you place your order.

I stand behind the quality of my products, so if something is not right I will do all I need to do to correct it through repairs or replacement.

If you are unsure of anything, feel free to message me before placing your order. I will be more than happy to send you a digital mockup of what you want :)

Please note, shipping past the estimated ship date does not qualify you for a refund or cancellation.

 

What is your 30 day guarantee?

The 30 Day Guarantee is not for used bedding. Many times customers do not know the item is damaged or something is wrong because the bedding was a gift and they had to wait until the package was opened before finding out. This is what my 30 day guarantee covers.



My Order is Damaged:

I do our absolute best to insure that the product arrives to our customers not damaged.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any major damage, please take pictures of it.

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to help@dreamybeddings.com and I will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Claims must be reported within 24 hours. I am not responsible for anything later than 24 hours.



Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, I do not ship internationally. I only ship in the 48 continental US.

Dreamy Beddings accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
